Pat has been in the commercial real estate brokerage since 1972.
He is experienced in the requirements of site selection for national and local developers.
He has worked with engineers and land planners in assisting developers with the many governmental agencies now involved in land development.
In addition, he has specialized in the marketing of large rural tracts from Sarasota County south to Alachua and Levy Counties to the north.
He has served on the Board of Directors of the local Board of Realtors and is former state vice president of Florida Chapter of National Association of Realtors Farm and Land Division.
Pat is a graduate of the University of Detroit with a B.S. degree in business. |
