Pat O'Donnell has been involved in software development and management for 25 years, the last 16 years primarily directed at corporate legal departments. He previously managed groups focused on artificial intelligence and rapid application development for a Fortune 500 firm. A frequent speaker on technology's role in the corporate legal department, O'Donnell has spoken at many national and regional meetings of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries (ASCS) and the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC). He has authored articles in several publications including the Wall Street Journal and Law Technology News. O'Donnell is a member of several national organizations including the ASCS, and holds a Master of Science degree from Rice University. |
