Pat Parisano is the vice president of strategic operations for Tekmark Global Solutions. In this capacity, she is responsible for oversight of the division's financials and business operations including engagement management, project fulfillment, mergers/acquisitions, and all associated processes.

Prior to joining Tekmark in 2001, Ms. Parisano had nearly 17 years experience with several Fortune 500 companies. During this time she developed expertise in a wide range of business and technical functions including software product management, marketing, financial management, product development, deployment, and support. She has managed large teams through all phases of the software development life-cycle ranging from systems engineering and design, through installation, and from product introduction through end of life. Her last position prior to Tekmark was director of network operations software. Ms. Parisano�s particular specialty is cost-effective management, outsourcing, and acquisition of legacy products with high quality and improved customer satisfaction.

Ms. Parisano graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in business administration. She holds a master�s degree in business administration/finance from Drexel University and has attended the Executive Leadership Program at the Darden School, University of Virginia, as well as other professional management programs.
