Pat Rezza joined StrataLight Communications as VP of Operations in October 2006; bringing over 24 years of multi-disciplinary management experience in international business development and investments, operations, and engineering in high technology areas including wireless and optical networking, microprocessors, and system and component technology. Before joining StrataLight, Pat was VP of Business Development for ArrayComm, a wireless smart antenna signal processing company. Prior to ArrayComm, Pat spent 10 years at Intel in various senior management roles including Director of Business Development for Intel's Mobility Group, Strategic Investment Manager in Intel Capital, and Plant Manager of Intel's server manufacturing factory. Prior to Intel, Pat spent 9 years at Kaman Electromagnetics Corp, as a Director of Land Systems Division developing advanced electric drive propulsion systems for commercial and military applications. Pat has an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in mechanical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a BS in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University.
