Patricia A. Baldowski, CPA, is a Partner at Goldstein Golub Kessler LLP. Ms. Baldowski joined the firm in 1987, and was made a Partner in 1997. Ms. Baldowski's client base consists primarily of middle-market businesses and includes manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and service organizations. Over the past 10 years, she has worked extensively with companies registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). Her SEC experience includes work on numerous initial public offerings as well as subsequent capital-raising registrations. Ms. Baldowski has played a key role in guiding a number of clients in the execution of their corporate merger and acquisition growth strategies, including assistance with due diligence and the structuring of transaction documents when clients are considering companies as potential acquisition targets. She also advises clients on organizational structure, international issues, cost-cutting opportunities and long-term planning. Ms. Baldowski is an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and she has served on GGK's Accounting and Auditing Standards Committee.Ms. Baldowski received her B.S. in accounting from Rutgers University. |
