Patty has been with Weingarten for over 24 years and is the Nationwide Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing overseeing approximately 350 retail properties and 40 million square feet. Patty is directly responsible for all transactions in existing assets and is involved with anchor tenant leasing redevelopments and new developments. In addition she has been particulary focused on the development of the lifestyle centers owned by Weingarten Realty.
Prior to joining the company Patty was a Senior Fashion Buyer at Foley�s Department Store. Patty holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing/Management from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Westchester State College. She holds a Texas Real Estate Broker�s License and a Certified Property Manager designation.
Patty is an active member of ICSC and IREM. She serves on the Board of Directors for Uptown Houston and is chairperson for the Uptown Houston Marketing Committee. Additionally she serves on the Advisory Board of Special Olympics and is a member of the National Charity League. She is heavily involved in volunteer activities within the Houston community. |
