Patricia A. Borenstein is an associate in the Baltimore office of the Bankruptcy and Creditors� Rights group. Ms. Borenstein primarily represents lenders, commercial lessors, trustees and other creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including pursuing automatic stay litigation and litigating claims objections and preference actions. She also represents secured and unsecured creditors in commercial collections matters.Ms. Borenstein is an Honors graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of Barristers, and served as an associate editor of The Business Lawyer and vice-president of the Moot Court Board.
