Patricia A. Bradford is a senior vice president of the corporation and has served as vice president, Worldwide Human Resources since January 1, 2005.
As head of Worldwide Human Resources, Pat works with Unisys management to continue building the capabilities of Unisys people and enhancing organizational effectiveness by implementing leading-edge initiatives in the areas of recruitment, retention, training and evaluation.
Prior to this appointment, Pat served as vice president, Human Resources Operations supporting Global Operations as well as the Global Rewards function for the Corporation.
Previously Pat served as the vice president and managing business partner, Enterprise Transformation Services, responsible for driving global HR strategic and operational initiatives for our services organizations in outsourcing, infrastructure services and consulting.
Pat has held several leadership positions in Human Resources including a four-year assignment in Europe heading the European Rewards & Recognition function and a three-year assignment leading the Unisys team responsible for the development of many of the key human resource methodologies and solutions in the areas of performance management, skills assessment, flexible work solutions and career management systems.
Prior to joining Unisys in 1982, Pat worked as a CPA for Deloitte & Touche.
Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Walsh College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
