Ms. Olah was appointed Corporate Secretary of BCE Inc. in December 2004.
Prior to this appointment, she held the position of Vice-President Corporate Affairs of BCE Ventures.
Ms. Olah first joined the BCE group in April 1995 as Chief International Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Bell Canada International, and has held numerous positions in the BCE group. Prior to joining the BCE group, Ms. Olah worked in the New York office of a prominent international law firm.
Ms. Olah holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Hofstra University School of Law (Hempstead, New York, USA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Adelphi University (Garden City, New York, USA). She was admitted as a member of the New York State Bar in 1985, and is also a member of the International Bar Association and the American Bar Association. |
