Patricia (Pat) Oliver is Senior Vice President of Client and Partner Services at UnicornHRO. Based at the company�s Client Services Center in Durham, North Carolina, she is responsible for partner support and client service relations for all of the company�s AS/400, client server products, and outsource solutions. Prior to this position, Pat served as UnicornHRO�s Vice President of Professional Services. For five years, she supervised the ongoing support of clients from the company�s client service center in Durham, N.C. A member of UnicornHRO for over 10 years, Pat joined UnicornHRO in 1996, when it purchased the AS/400 Division of Integral Software. While there, for six years she served as director of customer services responsible for the management of Integral�s help line as well as the consulting and training related to its AS/400 Manager line of products. Before Integral, Pat was product manager at Computer Dynamics, a PC software company based in Greenville, S.C. At Computer Dynamics she was responsible for the product direction of a software package for purchasing. Pat attended Newberry College in Newberry, South Carolina majoring in Psychology. She continued her studies at Lander University in Greenwood, S.C. where she majored in business. She is an active member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and TSHRM, the association�s local North Carolina chapter.
