Patricia supports all dealmaker activities of Allegiance Capital as Director of Research. She previously managed company wide business development and new venture activities as Vice President at Hypotenuse Enterprises, Inc. Her first 10 years in business were spent at Bausch & Lomb, Inc. in the Corporate Development department. In these positions, Patricia has prepared in depth analysis of potential opportunities, managed client relationships and served as a lecturer for "The smART of the Deal"SM seminar presented by Hypotenuse Enterprises, Inc.
Patricia is a 1998 graduate of the Wm. E. Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester achieving her MBA through the Executive Development Program. She is an active member of the International Business Brokers Association, a subject matter expert on M&A Research, a Certified Business Intermediary, and a member of IBBA's Conference Committee and also Data Management Committee, currently holding the office of Chairwoman for the Conference Committee and Chairwoman of the Data Management Committee.� Patricia is also a member of Kiwanis International,�the Licensing Executive Society, and the Society for Competitive Intelligence Professionals.
