Ms. Barron has been a Director of the Company since September 2000. Ms. Barron is a Corporate and Non Profit Director. In addition to the ULBI Board, she is a Director on the Boards of Aramark Corporation, Quaker Chemical Corporation, Teleflex Corporation and USAA. She serves on a number of Non-profit organizations, with a focus on Education and Health. Ms. Barron had a 28- year career in business. She was an Associate at McKinsey and Company and then moved to Xerox Corporation where she became a Corporate Officer and held the positions of Chief Information Officer, President, Office Products Division, and President, Xerox Engineering Systems. She was also a Clinical Associate Professor at Stern Business School, New York University, where she focused on issues of Corporate Governance and Leadership. |
