Patricia E. Farrell is a partner at Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP and a member of the Real Estate & Lending and Corporate & Business Law Groups. She concentrates her practice primarily in complex commercial real estate development, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate counseling and finance. She represents a broad spectrum of clients, dealing with transactional as well as financial and environmental matters. She is experienced in commercial and residential real estate development and leasing projects, including multi-tenant office building leasing and retail leasing representing both owners and tenants.Ms. Farrell sees one of her greatest assets as her ability to offer sophisticated clients the high-caliber experience that can usually only be found in large firms at large firm rates. She enjoys being able to provide high quality representation on sophisticated issues in the more personal environment of a mid-size firm.Ms. Farrell is a member of the American Bar Association (Section of Corporation, Banking, and Business Law; Section of Environmental Law and Commercial Real Estate) and the Pennsylvania Bar Association and has been admitted to the United States District Court, Western District. She received her B.A. from Duquesne University in 1984 and her J.D., cum laude, from Duquesne�s School of Law in 1987. While there, she served as executive articles editor of Duquesne�s Law Review.In her favorite real estate project - the one called home - Patricia is the mother of two boys, who share her enthusiasm for football and hockey.
