Patricia J. Luscombe is a managing director of Duff & Phelps, LLC and has been with the firm since 1990. Ms. Luscombe has significant experience working with both insurance companies and banks. She has been involved in a variety of valuation related projects for both publicly held and private companies. Projects have included merger and acquisition valuations, fairness and solvency opinions, implementation of employee stock ownership plans, and estate tax-related valuations. Before joining Duff & Phelps, Ms. Luscombe worked in the corporate finance area of Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co. Incorporated.
Ms. Luscombe holds a B.A. from Stanford University, where she majored in economics, graduating with honors. She also holds both an M.A. in economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. In addition, Ms. Luscombe is a chartered financial analyst (CFA) and a registered securities representative. Ms. Luscombe is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Business Valuation Association, the Chicago Finance Exchange (Membership Committee), the ESOP Association, the Investment Analyst Society of Chicago, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, and the National Center for Employee Ownership. |
