Most recently Pat Willard was worldwide partner in business development and client management at Mercer Human Resources Consulting. From 1998 to 2000 she was director of executive development and organizational effectiveness for the Campbell Soup Company. For more than 10 years prior to that, she held numerous roles, including director, human resources, North and South America, for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). During her tenure at Andersen she ultimately assumed responsibility for global compensation and benefits. From 1985 to 1988 she was a corporate HR consultant focused on executive and management development for Tektronix.
Education
Pat holds a Ph.D. in counseling and educational psychology and a master's degree in counseling psychology from the University of Missouri, and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Stephens College. |
