Patricia Fili-Krushel is Executive Vice President of Administration of Time Warner Inc.
In this role, she works closely with the other members of Time Warner's senior management team and its operating divisions on a variety of organizational, developmental and diversity issues. Her responsibilities include oversight of corporate human resources, employee development and growth, compensation and benefits, worldwide recruitment, diversity, internal communications, corporate philanthropy, real estate, facilities and security.
Before joining Time Warner in July 2001, Ms. Fili-Krushel was CEO of WebMD Health since April 2000. In this position, she was responsible for setting the strategic direction for and the oversight of WebMD's consumer portal.
From July 1998 to April 2000, Ms. Fili-Krushel was President at ABC Television Network. In this position, she was responsible for all programming and business areas of the ABC Television Network. This included ABC Entertainment Television Group, ABC News, ABC Daytime, ABC Sports and ABC Children's Programming as well as television network sales, affiliate relations, marketing, broadcast operations and engineering.
Before joining ABC in 1993, Ms. Fili-Krushel had been with Lifetime Television since 1988 as both Group Vice President of Hearst/ABC-Viacom Entertainment Services and Senior Vice President of Programming and Production of Lifetime Television.
Ms. Fili-Krushel joined Lifetime from Home Box Office, Inc., where she had been Vice President of Business Affairs and Production since December 1984. In that position, she was responsible for overseeing all business aspects of the acquisition, production and sale of original programming for the HBO and Cinemax pay-TV services.
Ms. Fili-Krushel holds a B.S. degree from St. John's University and an M.B.A. degree from Fordham University. In December 2006, she was inducted into the Museum of Television & Radio�s She Made It Collection. She has also been recognized with a prestigious Matrix Award from New York Women in Communications, Inc. and a Women Who Make A Difference Award from the National Council for Research on Women. In 1998, Fortune featured Ms. Fili-Krushel among its "50 Most Powerful Women."
Ms. Fili-Krushel serves on the Board of Trustees of the The Paley Center for Media, the Board of Directors of The Public Theater of New York, the Board of Oxygen Media, Inc., the Board of Trustees for Fordham University, and Mayor Bloomberg's Commission on Women's Issues. She is co-chair of the Center for Work-Life Policy�s Hidden Brain Drain Task Force. Ms. Fili-Krushel is past President of New York Women in Film and was on the executive committee and the Board of Governors of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. She previously served on the Board of Directors of Lifetime Television and the National Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy's Media Task Force. |
