Patricia George-Iguina is an Associate in the Environmental and Land Use Practice Group.
Practice and Experience
Ms. George-Iguina's areas of practice include several aspects of real estate including: resort development, permitting process, planning timeshare condominium, single-family and lot development projects, and land use matters.
Before joining McConnell Vald�s, she worked as an Architect in different architecture and engineers firms for the past seven years and was involved through different aspects of a of various public and private construction projects including: conceptual planning, design development, construction drawings, project coordination, permits approval and construction supervision.
Education
Ms. George-Iguina obtained a Bachelors degree on Environmental Design. She achieved a Masters of Architecture from the Knowlton School of Architecture at Ohio State University in Columbus Ohio in December 1998. Thereafter she obtained a Juris Doctor from the School of Law of University of Puerto Rico in 2004.

Ms George-Iguina is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
Memberships
She is a member of the College of Architects and Landscape Architects of Puerto Rico as well as the Puerto Rico Bar Association. She is also member of the Legislative Commission Affairs at the College of Architects and Landscape Architects of Puerto Rico. |
