Patricia Russell is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP, based in its London office. She is a member of the Employment Group, where her practice focuses on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law.
Patricia advises on various contentious issues including unfair dismissal, breach of contract and sex and disability discrimination claims.
Her non-contentious work includes advising and assisting with the employment aspects of all corporate transactions including cross border mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring and outsourcing, specifically dealing with wide-scale redundancies, information and consultation requirements and works council issues.
Patricia also carries out a variety of contractual work including advising on and drafting directors' and senior executives' services agreements, compromise agreements, secondments arrangements and consultancy agreements.
She also provides general policy and procedure advice such as advising on maternity and flexible working rights, and disciplinary and grievance procedures.
