Which became part of Diversity Village a company providing E-cruiting, supplier diversity and executive search. Diversity Village was acquired by Diversityinc.com. Ms. Yaritz now contracts with Companies and Executive Search Firms to identify top talent. Her area of expertise is in identifying and recruiting diverse candidates in sales, marketing, finance human resources and technology. As the business development and lead recruiter for a Fortune 20 company, Patti was responsible for the company receiving their 1st National Recruiting Contract. The majority of her search career has been with Fortune 100 Companies across Sales and Marketing, Financial, as well as Pharmaceutical and Defense Industries. Patti's research, development, and diversity recruiting skills have resulted in numerous Vice President, Director and Manager level executive placements for her Fortune 100 Client Companies.
