Mr. Patterson is a Member in the firm's Workers' Compensation Practice, concentrating on the defense of Missouri Workers' Compensation.

Professional Activities:
Mr. Patterson joined the firm in 1989 and regularly appears before the Division of Workers� Compensation and the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission. He has also argued before the Eastern District Court of Appeals. Mr. Patterson has handled Workers' Compensation cases involving amputations, assaults and violent acts, back injuries, body system injuries, bruises and contusions, carpal tunnel syndrome, chemical burns, contact with objects and equipment, cumulative trauma, cuts and lacerations, falls, fatalities, fires and explosions, fractures, harmful substances or environments, head injuries, heart attacks, heat burns, infectious diseases, lower and upper extremity injuries, multiple traumatic injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, neck injuries, paraplegia/quadriplegia, permanent disability, pulmonary disorders, respiratory conditions, skin diseases and disorders, sprains, strains, breaks, tears, tendonitis and transportation incidents.
Mr. Patterson is a member of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Missouri Bar Association.
