Prior to Integra, Patrick Kerr founded and was President of Legg Mason Appraisal Group and Legg Mason Realty Group from 1983 to 1990. Actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting assignments since the mid-1970's. Mr. Kerr has performed appraisals on various properties including, but not limited to, shopping centers, apartment complexes, manufacturing plants, an entire PUD, office buildings, residential and office condominium buildings, race tracks, ice skating rinks, raw and developed land, office parks, motels, hotels and mixed use properties. Valuations and market studies have been prepared on proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing structures. Appraisals have been made for condemnation purposes, estates, mortgage financing, equity participation and due diligence support. |
