Pat McGuire has 30 years of public accounting experience, working primarily in the audit area. He is a partner with the firm of McGee, Hearne & Paiz, LLP in Cheyenne, Wyoming where he is responsible for the quality control of their auditing practice. McGee, Hearne & Paiz, LLP purchased the Cheyenne office of McGladrey & Pullen, LLP and RSM McGladrey, Inc. in September 2000. Pat had been with McGladrey & Pullen, LLP and RSM McGladrey, Inc. for nearly 29 years as a staff member and partner prior to the purchase. Pat became an audit and accounting specialist for the firm in 1983 and had been responsible for report review and office quality control for various offices in the Western Region of the United States for McGladrey & Pullen since that time. He served as a consultant to partners and staff on accounting, auditing and reporting issues as well as reviewing financial statements for compliance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America or other reporting standards. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Wyoming Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Special Review Committee of the Government Finance Officers Association which awards Certificates of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting. Pat has also served on the Boards of various civic and nonprofit organizations. |
