Mr. May is a founding principal of Woodward Capital Advisors. He offers substantial expertise in corporate finance matters and specializes in providing clients with highly effective marketing programs for selling businesses, divisions or product lines. Mr. May also lists several very successful buy-side advisory roles where he has served in a business development capacity to foster growth via external acquisitions. His background also encompasses more than fifteen years of providing private financing with banks, finance companies and institutional investors. Specific industries served in past engagements include automotive supply, food service, air cargo, precision machining, wholesale distribution, electronics, graphic arts, metal stamping and fabrication. Prior to founding Woodward Capital Advisors, Mr. May spent over seven years with Equity Partners Ltd., where he was most recently Managing Director of the firm s corporate finance practice. Before joining Equity Partners, Mr. May spent eight years within corporate finance departments of Bankers Trust Company and Bank of America. He serves as a director of FESCO Holdings Company and Chairman for the Wayne County Metropolitan Growth & Development Corporation. |
