Mr. Mulcahy was appointed to the Southern California District Export Council by the Secretary of Commerce: Don Evans (2003); reappointed under the Secretary of Commerce: Carlos Gutierrez (2005). Mr. Mulcahy is currently developing environmentally friendly waste-water treatment projects in Jilin and Sichuan Province. He is active in the export of California & USA equipment and technology to service the water remediation sector in China. Mr. Mulcahy was awarded the "Success Story" from the USA Consulate, Shenyang, China (2004). He was a delegate at the "Environmental Round Table" between the California EPA & the Beijing EPB as part of California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's 2005 Trade Mission to China.
