Mr. Doyle was elected to the Company's Board of Directors on August 24, 2005 and serves as a member of the Company's Compensation Committee. Mr. Doyle currently serves as President of Domino's U.S.A. for Domino's Pizza, Inc. a position he has held since September 2007. Mr. Doyle served as Domino's Executive Vice President of U.S. Store Operations from October 2004 to September 2007, as Domino's Executive Vice President of International Operations from May 1999 to October 2004, as Domino's interim Executive Vice President, Build the Brand, from December 2000 to July 2001 and as Domino's Senior Vice President of Marketing from the time he joined Domino's in 1997 until May 1999. Prior to joining Domino's, Mr. Doyle served as Vice President and General Manager for the U.S. baby food business of Gerber Products Company. |
