Patrick J. Spratt was elected a director of LTX Corporation in November 2005.
Spratt is currently chief financial officer of KVH Industries, Inc., a position he has held since 2002. From 2001 to 2002, Spratt served as an independent consultant, including service as the chief financial officer of FabCentric, Inc., a semiconductor manufacturing software provider. Spratt also served as a director and chief financial officer of NEGEN Access, Inc. from 2000 to 2001, and as chief financial officer and treasurer of BioReliance Corporation from 1998 to 2000. Spratt previously had a 25-year career at Digital Equipment Corporation, including terms of service in investor relations, business operations, and finance. |
