He has a strong focus on securities and corporate disputes, having represented a software company, a hedge fund and a corporate CEO in various disputes and investigations related to investment and reporting practices. Patrick has also served as counsel in disputes over matters ranging from a power purchase agreement to an employment dispute involving a senior executive.
