Patrick J. Welsh Pat is a member of the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group, and is the Product Distribution and Franchising Team Chair. He is involved in the day to day activities of the Firm's clients, and advises them with respect to acquisitions, contractual issues, real estate and other business related topics. He represents several manufacturing companies and distributors, advising them on issues related to product distribution. He routinely advises clients on the formation and organization of business entities. Additionally, a considerable portion of Pat's practice involves franchise law matters.
