Patrick L. Miller�s practice focuses on patent prosecution involving a broad range of electrical, computer, mechanical, medical device, and business method related technologies. Mr. Miller�s industry experience includes four years in the United States Marine Corps working as an avionics technician on F/A-18 aircraft. Mr. Miller also was a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for over three years. As a Patent Examiner, Mr. Miller examined patent applications primarily involving motor controls and acoustics technologies. Mr. Miller is a graduate of the American University, Washington College of Law, where he was a member of the American University International Law Review.
