Mr. Perrin has more than 17 years experience in the risk management and human resources field. He is responsible for overseeing all Human Resource and Risk Management activities. Mr. Perrin previously served as Corporate Director of Risk Management, Employee Benefits and Retirement Plans for Tracor, Inc. There, he managed all aspects of employee benefit programs, including self-insured group medical/dental programs, self-funded HMO's and life and disability insurance plans for 10,500 employees in over 42 states and foreign operations. He also developed the risk management program for this $1.3 billion electronics and defense manufacturing company. Mr. Perrin has been responsible for strategic design, cost effectiveness and administration of employee benefit programs including employee health and welfare benefit plans, 401(k) and defined benefit pension plans and executive retirement plans. He earned a B.B.A. from the University of Texas as well as a M.B.A. from Baylor University. |
