Patrick P. Dinardo is a partner in the Litigation Department and the leader of the firm s Bankruptcy/Creditors Rights Practice Group in our Boston office. Mr. Dinardo focuses on business litigation and bankruptcy issues. He has over 24 years experience representing debtors, creditors committees and trustees in bankruptcy matters, as well as various parties in complex contract disputes and real estate-related litigation. He advises clients on bankruptcy and creditors rights issues, including asset purchases in and out of Bankruptcy Court, and he regularly appears in State and Federal Court on real estate disputes and other commercial litigation. Mr. Dinardo is work broker for the firm's Litigation Department and an active member of the firm's Associate Evaluation Committee. Representative Client Work Represented a Canadian contractor as creditor in its dealings with the Delaware bankruptcy of a key equipment supplier Represented a syndicated bank group in negotiating a series of forbearance agreements, a cash collateral stipulation and finally, terms of the takeout, recovering 100% of bank group s $120 million loan within thirty days of the debtor s bankruptcy filing Litigated to successful conclusion an objection to plan confirmation for a client who provided post-bankruptcy financing of approximately $70 million through mortgage and sale/leaseback arrangements on healthcare facilities in ten states Guided an international client on the United States bankruptcy sale and auction process, resulting in a $56 million acquisition of the worldwide intellectual property rights and all overseas operations of Arthur D. Little, Inc.
