Patrick is responsible for leading the project management and coordination efforts in regards to the GIS, Provide GIS support services and updates as needed in order to maintain current records of municipal improvements, growth and planning goals. Services include: Parks and Recreation Planning, Sewage Facilities Act 537 Maps, Act 167 Storm Water Management Maps, Comprehensive and Strategic Plan Maps, Zoning and Land Use Maps, NPDES (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Study) for MS4's (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems) Maps, Base Mapping, Municipal GIS System Implementation and Data Collection (Code-Phase GPS).

Interests: Patrick spends most of his time working around his house and relaxing with his wife Carol and their two dogs. Patrick also enjoys traveling, camping, snow skiing, boating and jet skiing on the Chesapeake Bay.
