Pat Perkins formed The Perkins Group in Charlotte, NC, in 1985 after eighteen successful years with the Ashland Chemical Company, where he left as the South Atlantic Regional Sales Manager.

Perkins has developed numerous innovative long-term client relationships with premier U.S. manufacturing, distribution and technology companies, including Ingersoll-Rand, Honeywell Aerospace, Kenna Metal and Columbus McKinnon to name a few.

Pat graduated from Miami University of Ohio. He's a member of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) and the North Carolina Association of Personnel Services (NCAPS). He's also a member of the Mecklenburg Entrepreneurial Council (MEC) and previously served on the MEC board of directors.
