W. Patrick Campbell has been a Director of Jefferies Group Inc. since January 2000. From 1994 until October 1999 Mr. Campbell was Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Ameritech Corp. where he was a member of the Management Committee and directed all corporate strategy and merger and acquisition activity. From 1989 to 1994 Mr. Campbell served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Columbia TriStar Home Video a Sony Pictures Entertainment Company and has previously been President of RCA/Columbia Pictures International Video. He has also been a director of Black & Veatch since November 1999. Mr. Campbell is also a trustee for the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. Mr. Campbell is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Board's Audit Compensation and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committees. |
