Patrick Arnone is an accomplished executive with 35 years experience in all facets of the high technology industry. Before joining LGES, Patrick was the founder and principal of Arnone & Associates, Inc., a senior level executive retained search firm. Prior to the formation of his firm in 1997, Patrick enjoyed a successful 30-year career in the high technology industry. He is a senior executive with diverse management experience in companies ranging from startups and emerging growth organizations to large established technology companies.
During Patrick�s career, he led and managed sales, marketing, consulting services, technical support, product development, finance, and operational divisions within different high technology companies, managing up to 375 employees. He had particular success in creating new business opportunities and turning around failing operations. As a vice president, Patrick established and led a highly successful Oracle Corporation Division, where, over a four-year period, the Division grew from 12 to 350 employees and from $2 million to $90 million in revenue. As the general manager and vice president, he developed the strategy and led the execution for the turnaround of the Sybase Public Sector Group, taking the business from $18 million to $85 million in three years. He also served in executive positions with PRC, QStar Technology, and Distribusoft and held various roles with IBM, Boeing Computer Services, and Storage Technology Corporation. He was involved in five startup firms as president, COO, executive vice president, and other functional roles.
Patrick has a reputation as a highly motivated and energetic leader with exceptional strategic planning and organizational skills, business knowledge, and P&L expertise. During a one year sabbatical in 1993, he volunteered his time and services to the Morino Institute, a non-profit entity where he assisted the founder, Mario Morino, in the discovery and definition of the organization in order to understand how electronic communications could serve those in middle to low income families from an educational, community, and social services standpoint. The Institute also developed the Netpreneur Program that was nationally recognized as an incubator for Internet companies based in the Washington, D.C. region.
He is a native of Washington, D.C. and lives with his wife Terry in Northern Virginia. Both Patrick and Terry are active in their church and involved in several ministries. |
