Mr. Ferris specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, leadership team development and strategic planning. For more than 20 years Mr. Ferris has facilitated individual, team and organizational learning and change. He founded and successfully developed three companies, one of which he grew from start-up to a regional consulting firm. He has also acted as an external consultant to the University of California, training managers and supervisors in performance management, selecting and interviewing staff, and coaching and communication skills. Mr. Ferris� broad range of experience has also involved designing and delivering team building and planning retreats for executive teams and professionals. With 25 years of P&L and day-to-day leadership responsibility, Mr. Ferris brings to each project a solid combination of business acumen and expertise in a results-oriented coaching process.
