Patrick Gallagher joined American Capital in October 2007 and serves as a Principal for the Technology Group at American Capital�s Boston office. Mr. Gallagher brings with him fourteen years experience mainly in technology investing at Morgan Stanley Venture Partners where he had a focus on first institutional later stage technology investments, founder re-caps, technology buyouts and spin-outs. Mr. Gallagher works closely with senior management of existing portfolio companies to assist them with follow-on investments, mergers, corporate strategy, executive recruitment, and liquidity options. He has recently served as a Board member for Constant Contact, Core Security and Immobilien Scout.
