Patrick McMullen joined Piper Jaffray in 1997 and specializes in structuring all types of multifamily housing, senior living and commercial real estate transactions, including both market rate and affordable housing financings. McMullen has over 10 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining Piper Jaffray, he worked with a local investment banking firm and a real estate development company specializing in senior and market rate multifamily housing developments.
McMullen graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing. |
