Ms. Moore is a business strategy and communications consultant. In addition to serving on the ONEOK Board of Directors she also serves on the board of directors for Sonic Corp. Ms. Moore was the president of Sonic from January 2002 to November 2004 and held numerous senior management positions during her 12-year tenure at Sonic including executive vice president senior vice president-marketing and brand development and vice president-marketing. She is the immediate past chair of the Arthritis Foundation's National Board of Directors and serves on the board of directors of its Oklahoma chapter.
