A. Paul Knuckley has served as a director of the Company since October 1996. Mr. Knuckley has served since 1974 as President and Chief Executive Officer of Knuckley Inc., d.b.a. Ditch Witch of East Texas, and as owner and Vice-President of Witch Equipment Co., Inc. of Ft. Worth, Texas. Prior to 1974, Mr. Knuckley was employed by John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company as a life and health underwriter. Mr. Knuckley received a B.B.A. degree from Texas Tech University in 1971 in both Personnel and Administrative Management. |
