Paul has more than 20 years of progressive experience managing finance and operations with leading IT companies. Paul has managed strategic planning, acquisitions and divestitures and SEC compliance. Paul successfully executed two initial public offerings including DSET in 1998. Paul was CFO of Objectspace, Inc., a leader in software development tools including Voyager Java Development Platform and C++ Toolkits. Paul acquired the products of Objectspace, Inc. in 2001 and formed Recursion Software, Inc. Paul graduated from the University of Akron with a B.S. in Accounting and is a certified public accountant. |
