Paul A. Valenti joined OpenLink as Chief Financial Officer in 2008 to manage and direct all financial activities of the Company. Mr. Valenti brings 17 years of experience to OpenLink as Chief Financial Officer at diverse global financial services firms. Most recently, Mr. Valenti was the CFO at Capital Group Partners, a wholly owned subsidiary of the public company Janus Capital Group Inc. where he was responsible for finance, treasury, accounting, tax and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Prior to his tenure at Rapid Solutions, Mr. Valenti was CFO of the Americas at Prebon Yamane, a leading international inter-dealer brokerage firm specializing in energy, cash, capital markets, derivatives, fixed income, and foreign exchange. At Prebon, Mr. Valenti helped grow the business from $100M to $200M. Before joining Prebon Yamane, Mr. Valenti was CFO at Peers & Co., a start-up international investment banking and private equity company and former subsidiary of Kemper Corporation. At Peers, Mr. Valenti grew revenue from start-up to $45M. His prior experience included finance and accounting positions at JP Morgan Chase, Sterling Drugs, and Ernst & Young.
Mr. Valenti holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University and a B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University. He is a C.P.A. and has been a registered Financial and Operations Principal with the NASD and SEC. |
