Paul Will was appointed Executive Vice President of Celadon in May 2002 and has served as Chief Financial Officer since December 1998. He also currently serves as Treasurer and Assistant Secretary.
Since joining the company in 1993 Mr. Will has been Controller and Vice President. In September 1996 he began serving as Secretary and since December 2000 has served in a combination of the positions including Assistant Secretary Secretary Assistant Treasurer and Treasurer.
Mr. Will has more than 16 years of experience in accounting and finance. He graduated from Indiana University with a BS in business. He spent several years working in public accounting for KPMG prior to joining Celadon. He is a certified public accountant and serves as chair of the American Trucking Associations' Accounting and Finance Council. |
