Paul D. Flynn represents businesses, financial institutions and individuals in a wide variety of matters arising out of business and commercial disputes, including those involving environmental matters. Before joining Miles & Stockbridge, Mr. Flynn was a lawyer in the litigation departments of Crowell & Moring and Hunton & Williams, where he represented clients in a variety of white-collar criminal and civil matters. Paul earned his law degree from the University of Virginia, where he was a member of the Virginia Law Review. Paul was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society at Bucknell University, where he earned bachelor degrees in Philosophy and Political Science.
