Mr. Judd is responsible for all Human Resource consulting functions, including employee relations for the system flagship organization, Baystate Medical Center, Baystate Medical Education and Research Foundation, Baystate Medical Practices Organization and Baystate Health System Ambulance Company, as well as Baystate Franklin Medical Center, Mary Lane Hospital and the Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice. He is also responsible for the Employee Assistance Plan. The organizations employ a total of 9,600 people with 56 locations throughout the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts. He has over 24 years of experience in the field of human resources, with 8 years at Rutland Regional Medical Center in Rutland, VT and 14 years at Baystate Health, beginning in 1992 as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Judd received his bachelor�s degree in Psychology from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY and his master�s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from St. Francis University Graduate School in Loretto, PA. He also received a certificate in Strategic Human Resource Planning at University of Michigan Business School in 1998. |
