Paul`s practice includes participation in a variety of litigation and corporate matters in complex Chapter 11 cases. He has represented debtors, secured lenders, creditor committees, and equity committees in bankruptcy reorganization proceedings, most extensively in the energy, chemicals, healthcare, and aviation industries. Recently, Paul has participated in the Kitty Hawk, Sterling Chemicals, Paracelsus Healthcare, and Friede Goldman bankruptcies.
