Paul E. Hannesson has served on the Board of Directors of Commodore Applied Technologies, Inc. (CXI), since March 1996 and served as Chairman & CEO from November 1996 to January 2001. Mr. Hannesson currently serves as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Commodore Separation Technologies, Inc.
From 1983 to 1992, Mr. Hannesson was manager and partner of a private investment and acquisition partnership specializing in the purchase of technology companies where he spearheaded the acquisition and start-up of a group of companies amounting to transactions that exceeded $500 million in total financing including the acquisition of Commodore.
From 1979 to 1982, Mr. Hannesson served as an executive officer for Dallas Corporation, which included subsidiaries Overhead Door Corporation and TODCO, plus 17 foreign companies and 13 acquired subsidiaries. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 1982 and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1979 to 1981. Dallas Corporation manufactured construction, transportation, and electronic products from 42 manufacturing centers and franchised 1200 nationally owned and operated distribution centers to market its products. Mr. Hannesson was responsible for all corporate departments, 17 international companies, and 13 acquired subsidiaries. |
