Mr. Hoffman has 10 years of investment banking experience, with a focus on merger and acquisition advisory services as well as capital markets transactions. He has advised on a variety of transactions, including sell-side, buy-side, negotiated transactions, defense advisory, going private and fairness opinion mandates, for privately owned middle market businesses as well as publicly traded companies. Mr. Hoffman's advisory experience includes a broad range of industries including industrial growth, business services, packaging, automotive, consumer products, food and beverage, retail, media and entertainment, aerospace and defense, and transportation. Prior to joining Dresner Partners, Mr. Hoffman spent nine years at Banc of America Securities LLC in Chicago. Mr. Hoffman spent seven years working in Banc of America's Mergers and Acquisitions group, where he gained transaction experience on domestic and international transactions ranging from $20 million to $625 million. He also spent two years as Vice President of the Global Industries Group where he originated and executed M&A and capital raising transactions for both public and private industrial companies. |
