Paul J. Lee has served as general counsel since February 2006. Prior to joining Gmarket, Mr. Lee was a foreign legal consultant at Kim & Chang in Seoul from August 2001 to December 2005, where his primary practice areas included mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Previously, Mr. Lee worked at Squire Sanders & Dempsey LLP in Los Angeles from October 1999 to June 2001 as a corporate associate. Mr. Lee received a Bachelor�s degree in Political Science from Columbia College and a Juris Doctor degree from the Columbia University School of Law. |
