Paul McDaniel has over twenty years of experience in operating and improving processes related to the design, production, and field support of software and hardware based products in both the medical device and military systems industries. He has worked in medical device and military systems industries. He has served as Quality Manager, Quality Director, and Vice-President of Operations/Quality in his 3 year tenure at Sicel Technologies. He has worked in the Medical Device Field in a variety of roles including Corporate Quality Manager, Product Risk Manager, and Engineering Manager at Hill-Rom. Prior to Hill-Rom, he was engaged as a Senior Engineer working for Dynamic Systems, a Quality and Systems Engineering consulting firm in Alexandria VA. Mr. McDaniel served as a US Technical Expert to an international committee that developed the ISO standard governing the application of Risk Management Techniques to Medical Devices. He graduated from University of Kentucky with a BS in Electrical Engineering. |
